Our standard pickup time is from Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. You are also free to contact us for your preferred time. Our standard shipping can vary from 2-3 business days but in some cases, it may take up to a maximum of 7 business days from the date of purchase.

We will require you to pay the AED10 shipping fee for all orders while you can avail the free shipping fee for orders above AED50.

For Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team, and we will promptly process the cancellation.

For Return
We can accept returns and process refunds for you if certain conditions are met:

• The returned item(s) must be sealed and in brand new condition;
• There must be proof of purchase (eg. receipt or order number); and
• Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the buyer.

For Refund
The refund will be process as soon as the item is received.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refund will be processed in 3 days.
